S.NO MACHINE NAME AND CHARGES AMOUNT

1. Machine total guards to be removed. -
2. All coolant connections disconnected and removed. -
3. All hydraulic pipes to be removed. -
4. All lubrication lines to be removed. -
5. Lubrication points X,Y and Z axis to be check and solve it. -
6. X,Y and Z axis slider and bed to be check and scrapping to be -
done .if any terkite,spoild new on stick it and scrap it.
7. All slides dismantled and check it individual parallality and -
perpendicularity and to be scrape X,Y and Z.
8. Beds XYZ any variation in parallality and perpendicularity do -
it grinding in MTE.
9. Any spares like procurement and manufacturing items MTE -
will arrange.
10. Consumable items like grease, cotton waste ,cloths kerosene -
,tool box MTE source only.
11. Machine disassembly and scrapping final assembly will be -
taken time 45 working days.
12. We will be provide only service. -
13. We will provide XYZ parameters. -
14. Total team will work on this machine for these service -
charges.
15. Overhead crane will be providing in MTE.

TOTAL AMOUNT 4,25,000/-

TERMS AND CONDITION –
1. Service will be provided our side and machine manufacturing working in 45 DAYS.

3. PAYMENT TERMS -ADVANCE-30%

-MIDDLE TIME-50%

-AFTER WORK-20%

AFTER OUR QUOTATION WILL BE OK.WORK WILL BE STARTED.
