    Supply Chain Management at Coca Cola

    Raw Material

    Main ingredients of coca cola are concentrate and syrup. 1st tier suppliers (3rd party suppliers) are
    responsible for supplying these ingredients. Syrup is made is caramel, phosphoric acid, natural flavoring
    and caffeine and carbon dioxide for fizz. These ingredients are provided by 2nd suppliers of coca cola
    although coca cola make its own flavor for differentiate their product. Coca cola also source its other
    component of manufacturing like water, sugar from the nearest location or other company.
