Quality Evaluation Report - Required before Delivery of Machine to Owner
100 hrs Inspection - Required during 80-100 hours of operation VIN ( Vehicle Identification Number):
The employees of Bell Equipment take pride in the Equipment we manufacture. With the Customer Service Centre
and Bell Equipment working together, we can continue the quality of our product.

Task This QER checklist must be performed in conjunction with the task details outlined in the Satisfactory Comments (Please print)
Owners Maintenance Manual supplied with the machine.
1 Engine oil level ( between low and high mark )
2 Engine coolant level / identify leaks / protection level
3 Engine air intake system/filters / restriction indicator / clamps / pre-cleaner cover / check for leaks.
4 Fuel system free of leaks / identify leaks
5 Check exhaust brake function, and retarder
6 Oil levels & Leaks: Hydraulics and WDB Cooling, Axle and final drives & Transfer case with machine on level surface.
7 Transmission operation and oil level. Check gear selection functionality
8 Neutral start operation / reverse warning alarm operation
9 Check inter axle lock operation.
10 Check CTD Axle differential lock function.
11 Park brake and service brake operation.
12 Check SCR/Adblue level and system for leaks, including EGR system ( If Applicable)
13 Bin raise, lower and float operation.
14 Check Suspension struts and height.
15 Check brake accumulator operation. (Refer to procedure in OM)
16 Hydraulic hoses / electrical harnesses routing, check for rubbing, pinching and overstressed areas.
17 Battery condition/Secured/ cranking speed normal.
18 CDU Monitor, and indicators – engine off / engine on.
Cab checks: Horn, operating lights, heating and A/C blower controls, defrost fan, windshield wipers and windshield washer

fluid, cold start system and all other SSM and B-Drive selection functions in the cab, all rear view mirrors alignment.
20 Check A/C function.(Refer to procedure in OMM )
21 Check Pneumatic system pressure is stable on CDU. ( With air fully charged, engine off, listen for air leaks.)
22 Window / door locks and latches operation.
23 Driver Seat functions, passenger seat and both seat belt checks.
24 Steering, brakes and accelerator pedal operation.
25 Check all Wheel nuts torqued - 560 Nm.
26 Tyre pressure (shipping pressure may vary from operating pressure - refer to OMM or decal, check cold ).
27 Decals (safety and periodic service ).
28 Operator’s Manual, Parts catalogue and door keys with machine.
29 Overall appearance ( after removing road film do not use high pressure ), including interior appearance.
30 All grease points lubricated ( identify dry points including propshafts ).
31 Check Overall weld quality.
32 Check overall machine for signs of corrosion or rust and apply appropriate treatment.
33 100Hrs - Change Engine fuel filter & Filter screen, primary Racor filter & drain bowl. (Refer to Service Manual.)
34 100Hrs - Change Transmission filters / under bonnet if remote filter option installed. (Refer to Service Manual.)
35 100Hrs - Change hydraulic return, WDB Cooling, HP Brake charge filter incl HP Hydraulic filter if installed.
36 100Hrs - Drain and refill Axle & final drive oils. Clean all debris from drain plugs.
37 100Hrs - Change Transfer case filter.
38 100Hrs - Check / replace air con cab filter.
39 100Hrs - Grease Oscillation Joint manually, even if fitted with auto greasing (Refer to procedure in OMM).
40 100Hrs - Mirror arm bolts to be checked and tightended.
41 100Hrs - General check of fasteners, i.e (Engine & Transmission MTG's,Drive line,suspension,steering,brakes,cab MTG's).
42 100Hrs - Calibration of Accelarometers ( Refer to procedure in OMM).
43 100Hrs - Check Bin Shock Pad clearance. Refer to SIB 2007/1066 for required specifications.
