RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That for and in consideration of full payment of loan under the Real Estate
Mortgage dated ____________, registered in the Notarial Register of Atty. ___________,
as Doc. No. 16, Page No. 4, Book No. XV, Series of 2015, I, ____________, of legal age,
Filipino, married, with residence address at ______________, hereby release and forever
discharge from claim the property covered by TCT No. ___________ of the Register of
Deeds of ____________ in the names of ____________________.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, I do hereby quitclaim,

discharge and waive any and all actions of whatever nature, expected, real or apparent,
which I may have against Spouses George R. Diploma and Katherine Sta.Ana Diploma
their heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest, by reason of or arising from the subject
mortgage. I will institute no action, whether civil, criminal, labor or administrative
against Spouses George R. Diploma and Katherine Sta.Ana Diploma their heirs, assigns
and successors-in-interest. Any and all actions which I may have commenced either
solely in my name or jointly with others before any office, board, bureau, court or
tribunal against Spouses George R. Diploma and Katherine Sta.Ana Diploma their heirs,
assigns and successors-in-interest, are hereby deemed and considered voluntarily
withdrawn by me.

By virtue of the foregoing, I hereby authorize the appropriate Register of Deeds

to cancel the subject Real Estate Mortgage.

I declare that I have read this document and have fully understood its contents. I
further declare that I voluntarily and willingly executed this Release, with full
knowledge of my rights under the law.
