Professional public service, it means public service characterized by the accountability

and responsibility of service providers (government apparatus). Evaluation and supervision
on the management and allocation of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Kampung
Itakiwa-Ayapo Timur Sentani District is necessary because the evaluation result can be used
as a basis for improving the planning and implementation of activities and as a basis for
improving the performance in the future which will come.
The issues raised in the writing of this essay is the Service Apparatus In the
Management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) In Kampung Itakiwa-Ayapo Sentani Timur
District ". The type of research used by researchers is qualitative research with descriptive
method that is determined by simple statistic method or descriptive statistic.
Based on data and information obtained by the authors in this study that, the service of
village officials consisting of indicators of transparency, responsibility and friendly service in
the village of Itakiwa-Ayapo East Sentani District Jayapura District has a very good service.
This is in accordance with the results of data recapitulation where the average percentage of
the data analysis service of the village apparatus obtained a value of (58.33%) means quite
high. Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) consisting of indicators of the village fund
function, the mechanism of channeling village funds and the benefits of village funds have
been made in accordance with existing procedures. This is in accordance with the results of
data recapitulation where the average percentage of data analysis results management of
Village Fund Allocation (ADD) to get niali of 62.22% means high enough. From the above
data it can be stated that there is a strong correlation between variable Service of Kampung
Apparatus to Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) in Itakiwa-Ayapo village East
Sentani District Jayapura District. The relationship between the two variables can be seen
from the data of recapitulation tables of Kampung Apparatus Services as well as the
variables of Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD), where both variables have a
category of yes or very high responses to the variables of the Kampung Apparatus Service as
well as on the variables of Village Fund Allocation Management ).
