Person described by #24 Heart, #4 House, #3 Ship:
Someone generous and stable (Heart + House), perhaps an armchair traveller (House +
Ship). They dream of far-away places (Heart + Ship), but Home is Where the Heart
Is for them!
The work they do #19 Tower, #12 Birds, #18 Dog:
They might do social media for a government lobbying group that focuses on social
welfare (Tower authority, Birds Gossip, Dog Loyalty/Special Interest).
Alternatively, they could work for the the government (Tower), sending out
reports/updates for the public (Birds), and theyve worked there a long time (Dog
Loyalty again).
What is causing chaos? #30 Lily, #20 Crossroads, #32 Moon
Someones affair (Lily Sex + Crossroads 2-faced) has just gone public (Moon
Reputation). Something like Anthony Weiners repeated, long-term (Lily) bad choices
(Crossroads) has just ruined his chances in the public eye (Moon).
Wheres Waldo (or whatever!)? #25 Ring, #15 Bear, #23 Mice
Its at work (Bear), in the place where contracts (Ring) are kept. Someone else
maliciously (Mice) hid it from you. Alternatively, its in the Circular File (Ring
+ Mice), and you may never retrieve it. ??
Whats the secret? #16 Star, #11 Whip, #9 Bouquet
This was a hard one! I think its a birthday party, but with some interesting
-ahem- games planned! (Star a celebration, Bouquet gifts, Whip birthdays do
repeat, dont they?)

Awesome Sue! I LOL-ed at your naughty party comment! ?? Also, I had forgotten that
two-faced is an excellent keyword for Crossroad, thank you! Ill amend the
original list to include this keyword right away!

Lenormand Challenge: Identify the cards

I found something on Facebook (posted by The Smart Witch) that I thought might be a
nice one to practice Lenormand on. How much of what is written below can you see as
Lenormand cards?

Ill do the first 2 points below to demonstrate what I mean. Do leave your feedback
in the comments section. After a couple of days (giving everyone a chance to add
their comments) Ill update this article with the cards that I think successfully
represents all the points.

Boy with violin

Guaranteed Ways to Fail at Anything

1) Giving away your power (Bear) to people (Garden) and circumstances.

2) Making an immense (Bear) mountain (Mountain) out of every small (Clover) bump in
the road (Crossroads).

3) Wasting (Mice) time chasing (Whip) people (Garden) who prove (Key) to you time-
and-time again (Whip) that you mean very little (Clover/Child) to them Except
when they need you for something.

4) Choosing (Crossroads) to be unhappy (Clouds) and choosing to suffer (Cross). Yes

(Sun/Key) these are choices.

5) Constant (Whip) complaining, walking (Rider) on the dark (Coffin), cloudy

(Clouds) side of life (Sun), focusing on all the negatives.

6) Consistently (Tree) making excuses (Fox) why things go wrong (Fox).

Guaranteed Ways to Succeed

1) Take back your power (Bear.) You and you alone (Tower) write (Whip/Letter) your
own story (Book.) Quit giving (Bouquet) the pen to someone else.

2) Hit a bump (Mountain) in the road (Crossroads,) forge on. You may have to change
(Stork) direction (Crossroads/Stars). Use your inner GPS (Stars).

3) Evaluate (Fox) the people (Garden) in your life and their importance (Sun.) Do
they enhance and add to your happiness (Bouquet/Sun)? Rarely? Sometimes? Most of
the time? Categorize their place (House) in your life and give (Bouquet) your time
and attention accordingly.

4) Choose your demeanour. These are your emotions (Moon). Get to the root (Tree) of
the pain (Snake) and suffering (Cross) and rip (Scythe) it out.

5) Focus on all that is good (Dog/Child) in your life. No one likes a whiner. Get
over to the sunny (Sun) side of the street (Crossroads.) Smiles, smiles, everyone.

6) Drop (Scythe/Tower) the excuses. Dig (Scythe) down deep (Tree) to the source,
face reality and pin-point (Stars) the actual reason then accept and change
(Stork.)

title, we continue the word-play game. I will give a few rhymes, see if you can
identify the Lenormand Card and House that the rhyme refers to. Two Cards, one
Focus Card and one House Card to provide context. To make it easier, I have
highlighted the clues (referring to the 2 cards) in bold. Answers below.

A choice must be made to live sensibly, if one hopes to achieve longevity.
She found herself filled with doubt, to accept his gift or go without

Lenormand Notebooks, how do you organise yours?

Card #26 Book. Deck: Zingdoodle Lenormand Rootweaver 2013. www.rootweaver.com

Card #26 Book. Deck: Zingdoodle Lenormand Rootweaver 2013.
http://www.rootweaver.com

My Lenormand notebooks belly is starting to feel quite full lately! After

initially resisting advice to begin my own notebook (for reasons unknown) I can now
see why this is such an important exercise. The Lennie nerd in me is even having
fun finding adjectives to describe and modify my subject cards! LOL!

Perhaps some of my initial resistance to the idea of keeping a notebook came from
not really knowing where to begin, and what to add. There is just so much wonderful
information available on the internet, that it can be seriously overwhelming for a
beginner. So, heres how I have organised my notebook. It is already clear to me
that this will be the first volume of who-knows-how-many volumes to come in future.
??

My notebook is divided into the 36 cards, from #1 Rider to #36 Cross. Here is what
I note in each:

Keywords
Adjectives (describing & modifying the subject/noun)
Combinations (although I am considering doing combos in a separate volume)
Timing
Health indicators
Personality descriptions
Physical appearance
Orientation
Playing Card inserts
German Suits
Negative / Positive / Neutral
Special groups (e.g: Work, Communication etc)
Spreads (e.g: Square of Nine, Grand Tableau) again something I might record in a
separate volume
Reading Techniques (Knighting, Mirroring, Near & Far etc)
Daily readings (separate notebook)
How is your Lenormand notebook coming along? Do you have any useful tips to share?
