discussing or utilizing this article because it might result in partiality and conflict of interest.
Moreover, said article might already be inapplicable of this present case because of drastic
changes.
2. I am a member of the Board of Trustees, and the treasurer of the arbitration institute who is
the appointing authority over this arbitration; I do not know any of the parties in this
arbitration proceeding. I will disclose it, if however, during the proceeding there will be a
significant connection to any of the participants.
3. I represented a corporation three months ago in a different and unrelated proceeding,
wherein my client was affiliated with the claimant corporation in this arbitration.
4. I have divulged in my profile that I am current partner of XYZ law office. Five years ago, I
was a partner of ABCDE law firm, since then, I have not had any communication with its
associates, members, or employees except to some social and professional events which we
accidentally and occasionally attend to. Moreover, I do not have access to client records and
other information from XYZ law firm which I was previously associated, and thus will not be
disclosing any matters or controversy relating to my work to XYZ firm, any such matter that
recollected in some time, I will make a supplemental disclosure.
5. In the same circumstances, I was jointly selected by a previous arbitration wherein the
claimant in that instance is also the respondent in the present arbitration, but the claimant
is represented by a different counsel. On that instance, I ruled against the claimant, the
respondent herein. The dispute in the present and previous arbitration is unrelated to one
another .

of the arbitral tribunal in CIAC arbitration. I rendered judgement on that case based on the
merits and evidence presented. The counsel for the claimant is also the counsel for the
