This recipe of Lima cause stuffed with homemade chicken is a traditional dish of Peruvian
cuisine very delicious and easy to prepare. Made with potato (potato), lemon, yellow
pepper, chicken, tuna or seafood.
INGREDIENTS:

1. Boil the potatoes with salt and a half slice of lemon, making sure they do not fall apart
when cooked. Then peel them.
2. To easily pass them through the potato press, you have to peel them and pass them
through as hot as possible.
3. Let cool.
4. Likewise, boil the corn, the peas, the eggs and the carrot, once cooked, chop the corn
and cut the carrots into squares.
5. Boil the chicken breasts then fray them with a fork or with your hands.
6. When the pressed potato is cold add the yellow pepper, the lemon juice, salt and pepper
amount necessary, mix all the ingredients tasting the flavor.
7. Keep mixing and kneading well and then divide it into three parts.
8. In a large platter, place a bag and add a part of the dough, then mix the chicken breast,
frayed with mayonnaise and cover like a layer of potatoes, add the chopped carrots,
the peas and then cover with another mixture of potatoes.
9. Then place the chopped avocado and add the husked corn and finally cover with the
third layer of the mashed potatoes.
10. Decorate to taste. With lettuce, parsley, eggs, olives and mayonnaise.
