1. Take CLEN-40 in the morning after breakfast or lunch or 1 hour before workout. Avoid taking
CLEN-40 (5) five hours before bedtime to avoid sleeplessness
2. Follow dosage guide in table completely, workout or non workout days
3. Tremors in the hands, headaches may be experienced in the first day for many users. It’s a sign
that CLEN-40 is taking effect
4. Do not space out the dosage/tablet intake for more than 1 hour apart
5. Do not exceed the maximum dosage of tablets per day
6. Do not take CLEN-40 for more than 2 months straight
7. It is advisable to take 1-2 months of rest from CLEN-40 after one whole cycle
8. Make sure to drink at least 12 glasses of water per day to avoid muscle cramps, taurine
supplement 3 to 5 grams may also be used to counter side effects.
9. Avoid too much coffee or too much alcohol while taking CLEN-40 to achieve optimal results
10. Take regular body measurements to monitor progress
