Dear Parents,

A hearty welcome to the Academic Year 2018-19. We wish all students a wonderful schooling experience this year.

Given below are few instructions and details for the class. Kindly note the following:

1. Kindly send two Blue Notebooks, Art folder(black), all Hindi text books and the Student Hand Book with your ward on 7 June
2018.

2.Kindly retain pencils, erasers and sharpeners at home and send the remaining stationery (ruler,two sets of crayons,paint
boxes,brown velcro folder,Blue Portfolio File) to school. All belongings of the child must be labeled.

3. All Class work books and Note books will be retained in the School .

4. The Student Handbook, Literature Reader as per the phase and Hindi textbook have to be carried every day to school.

5. The Math Homework sheet booklet, Language Art Homeworksheet booklet of Phase 1 and SS Synopsis (to be retained at
home) will be sent with your ward on 7 June 2018.

7. The completed HWSHs as assigned needs to be stapled subject wise and submitted in the blue file provided on every Monday.
Please note that Math HW booklet needs to be submitted on every Friday.

8. Computer text book should be brought to school when the computer period is scheduled as per the Time table.

9. Please fill in the details on Page No 1 and 2 and refer to the last page of the Student Hand Book for the Class Time Table and
the Teacher's details.

10. For Grades 1,3 and 4 SPA uniform should be worn on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

11. For Grade 2 SPA uniform should be worn on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

12. Please note timings of the break-

Short break - 10:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. (Grades 1-4)

Lunch break -12:00 noon - 12:35 p.m. (Grade 1)
Lunch Break -12:35 p.m. - 01:05 p.m. (Grades 2,3 and 4)

13. Kindly send the following in the School bag from the school essential kit that has been delivered. All things must be neatly
labelled.

12 June 2018- Blue Portfolio File,brown velcro folder,Orange Notebook.
