1. Provision of efficient and effective support services for all
council programs that ensure sustainability of SCC

Planned Activities
• Train staff to improve and maintain financial control, bookkeeping and accounting system.
• harmonize base camps management with the existing regional structures
• Follow up and control on self finance activities in the regions
• Manage major SCC investment projects by central administration at the HQs
• Produce monthly financial reports and facilitate audit.
• Upgrade the logistical Liaison office and regions
• Improve logistics and procurement systems.
• Harmonize sound Administrative and human resource policies with the Sudanese labor laws.
• Ensure mobility of staff member church, personnel, partners and donors.
