Normal Change over from Station Tie Breaker to UT Incomer

1. Remove the tripping fuses of 3UA Incomer(E203) breaker.
2. Close the 3UA Tie (E204) Breaker.
Remark : After 1.2 Sec 3UA Tie Breaker (E204) Tripped Yes / No

Self Tripping of UT Incomer Breaker

1. Close the 3UA Tie (E204) Breaker.
2. Remove the tripping fuses of 3UA Tie (E204) breaker.
3. Close the 3UA UT incomer (E203) Breaker.
Remark : After 1.2 Sec Station UT incomer (E203) Tripped Yes / No

Operation EMD - Lab EMD - HT

Switchgear
 Fast Change over checking
1. Normalise the tripping Fuses of 3UA Tie (E204) breaker.
2. Close the 3UA UT incomer (E203) Breaker.
3. Ensure 3UA Tie (E204) is open.
4. Ensure K13 Relay in 3UA Tie Breaker (E204) is Picked up.
5. Change the UV3 High-- Setting Group 1 - Operation mode -- From Definite
Time to Not in use. (In 3UA UT Incomer - E203 Breaker)
6. Change the SCVCST1 -- Control setting - Energizing mode -- from U1 --
U2 to Not in use. (In 3UA Tie - E204 Breaker)
7. Check for SC_OK Out put in SCVCST1 block -- It should be True
8. Operate the GRP Trip Relays
Remark : UT Incomer breaker is tripped and 3UA Tie (E204) is closed Yes / No
9. Normalise the UV3 High setting in 3UA Incomer (E203) and
SCVCST1 setting in 3UA Tie (E204) Yes / No

Slow Change over checking

1. Reset the GRP Trip Relays
2. Close the 3UA UT incomer (E203) Breaker.
3. Ensure 3UA Tie (E204) Breaker is open.
4. Ensure K13 Relay in 3UA Tie Breaker (E204) is Picked up.
5. Trip the 3UA UT Incomer (E203) Breaker
Remark : UT Incomer breaker is tripped and 3UA Tie (E204) is closed Yes / No

1. SB Incomer from ST-3 (E207) is Closed. Norma lised
