completed a 201,810 SF sale-leaseback project located at 8865 Smith Mills Road-North, New Albany OH
43054 on behalf of their client, Amcor Rigid Plastics. The buyer was Livingston Street Capital, LLC
which is controlled by Peter Scola and Joe Fox.
