CMO Exposure Program of FRAY RONER ANILDES, OSA

(18-23 June 2018)

Rationale:

“The specific purpose of our school is the Christian formation and education of the students.
It follows that this apostolate should always be regarded as an essential pastoral activity, so that
we teach the truth with love, and the students acquire, along with humanistic and scientific
culture, a knowledge of the world, of life, and of humanity that is illumined by faith” (Const. n.
179).

Objectives:

Knowledge:

1. To be informed of the nature, purpose, functions and various activities of the CMO;
2. To understand the “signs of the times” within our school-community that greatly
affect the spiritual and religious life of our stakeholders.

Skills:

1. To obtain necessary skill how to formulate and implement programs grounded on

the Augustinian values of Unitas, Veritas, Caritas;
2. To acquire basic pastoral skill such as listening and evangelizing presence in attending
to the spiritual needs of our stakeholders specifically of our student volunteers and
members of the CMO religious organizations.

Attitude:

1. To establish friendly bonding and fraternal communion with CMO collaborators

(office staff, working students, volunteers, religious organizations and so forth);
2. To be available especially in liturgical and religious activities as the need arises.
