MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

TO SUBMIT COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

RESPONDENT MR, by counsel, respectfully states that:

1. On 22 May 2018, this Honorable Court issued an Order giving the

Parties fifteen (15) days, or until 06 June 2018, to submit a Compromise
Agreement.

2. The preparation of the said agreement is presently being

undertaken. As a matter of fact, herein Respondent already submitted his
proposed Custody and Support Agreement in accordance with the conference
between the Parties held on 22 May 2018 to Petitioner through her counsel.

3. Respondent is currently awaiting the response from Petitioner on

whether all the terms and conditions stated therein are acceptable to her. The
custody and support agreement requires careful consideration from both Parties
as it will ultimately have an effect on the common children.

4. Accordingly, Respondent begs the kind indulgence and

understanding of this Honorable Court for a fifteen (15) -day extension of time
reckoned from 06 June 2018, or until 21 June 2018, within which to file the
compromise agreement.

5. This Motion is made in good faith and is not meant to trifle with
the generosity and wisdom of this Honorable Court, but solely for the reasons
above-stated and in the interest of substantial justice.

 PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of this

Honorable Court that the Parties be granted a fifteen (15) -day extension of time
within which to file the necessary pleading counted from 06 June 2018 or until
21 June 2018.

Other reliefs as are just and equitable under the premises are likewise
prayed for.
