 Can go for both cows and buffalos
 Umer to provide access to dashboard
 Need these people as your partners (technicians)

 Unless Cowlar can collaborate with these big dairies(Nestle) by seeing how can this
product solve their problems and to what extent are they willing to go for it

 Collect data on 10-20 further farms (top tier) Look at their internal capabilities of
technician, feeds, success rate of A.I, how many number of days from calving to milking
does it take for one animal. Cowlar aim for a cycle of 360 days. Go to 2-3 of these farms
 Document the 6 stages for the 5 devices in Taxila Divide the pilot study in 6 stages
where first stage is if the technology works, 2nd is if right data is captured and
people are able to use it, 3rd is if analysis of that data can be done, 4th is to see that

this occurs what will be the benefit of detecting these diseases early on
 Umer wants to the next 100 devices asap
 MBA group can create a pilot design for the next 100 devices, give information of prices,
quantification of benefits, total cost of ownership and what will you gain over the next 2-
3 years
 Analyze which segment to go for( Commercial to mid tier to low tier) and what would be
the best channel to go for each) (strategy development)
 1. Key Selling Points with the fit of technology with the current situation of the country is
