Ericsson swap Project). Responsible for 2G Rollout and cluster acceptance.
 Responsible for the overall KPI maintenance of swapped BTSs & any issue detected is to the
concerns for immediate resolution.
 Daily & weekly PPT presentation for worst cell analysis.
 Service affecting Alarm, Outage, TCH availability mapping for worst cells. Also responsible for
raising Trouble Tickets for alarm affected cell.
 Weekly conduct the team meeting to explain them the new requirements & challenges. Also
arrange trainings for team members to enhance their Technical competency.

Project-3: Wataniya 4G Initial Tuning Rollout project for Algeria Region.

 Analysis of LTE KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) to improve the Accessibility, Retainability,
Throughput, Coverage & Interference using Acitx Analyzer.
 Perform parameter audit using ERTT and compare same with Gold Standard, accordingly
recommending parameter change for network using ERTT tools.
 Perform PCI audit to find any PCI collision in network and according to level of PCI collision and
HOSR, change, HO parameters optimization or physical optimization.
 Worked on Tems Discovery and Gladiator for Post processing and analyze Layer-3 events for
Drops and Setup fail issues. Responsible for timely report submission as per WLA to customer.

 Since June’10 to Dec-2011 associated with Nokia Siemens Networks Pvt. Ltd ,as RF
Optimization Engineer (NPI) on Bharti project in ROB (Central & North Bengal) Circle.

The Attainments

 The Network consists of 16 MSSs & 121 BSCs with 2, 00,000 BBH & 1, and 84,000 NBH Erlang.
 Responsible for the overall performance of 18 assigned BSCs with 1800 plus cell sites of North
Bengal (Siliguri) zone both Showcase & Non Showcase town.
 To keep track of Daily Voice & Data KPIs like SDCCH Assignment, SDCCH drop, TCH Assignment,
TCH drop, Handover Success Rate & Downlink Quality, TBF Failure, TBF Assignment and DL
Throughput. To maintain overall network KPIs in coordination with core team.
 New site/4th sector planning for capacity augmentation and fill the coverage holes. Also validation of
RX Level & Quality samples in Net-Act planning tool.
 Use direct OSS login through TNMS & BSC using Reflection, for any parametric changes or
optimization activities .to identify the exact issue & escalate the BSS team for proper resolution.
 Analysis of ND & MML reports to eliminate handover discrepancies & Handover failures.
 Responsible for Frequency & Handover tuning. Review and analysis of existing Frequency Plan (BCCH
and Hopping) & recommendations for new Schema Plan.
 To drive the implementation of dual band (900/1800 MHz) sector addition & TRX addition plan for
over utilized sectors.
 Since July’09-June’10 associated with Metro Wireless Engineering (I) Pvt. Ltd., Patna &
Meerut as RF Team Lead NSN Bharti & Tata Docomo Project in Patna & UP (West) Circle.

 Responsible for project delivery and performance of 6 Optimization & 10 Drive Test Engineers.
 Coordination with the NSN RF team for final sign off of the cell sites after ZQ removal.
 Responsible for driving the new cell site optimization & Capacity planning of Patna NSN Bharti project
& Meerut NSN Tata Docomo Project.
 Cluster wise optimization & handing over the sites to customer. Identifying the parametric
discrepancies & suggest customer for solution.
 Aug’07-June’09 associated with ADACellworks Wireless Networks Limited, Kolkata as RF
Optimization Engineer on NSN Bharti project.
