Application Details
_______________________________________________________________________________
Dosage 0.5 –1.0 % by weight of cement. It is advisable to carry out trial
mixes to establish the exact dosage rate required.
_______________________________________________________________________________
Dispensing Chemplast P – 200 is added to the gauging water prior to its
addition to the dry mix.
_______________________________________________________________________________
Concrete Placing The standard concreting practices (production as well as placing)
must be followed when using Chemplast P – 200.
_______________________________________________________________________________
Curing Fresh concrete must be cured properly, especially at higher than
normal temperatures in order to prevent plastic and drying
shrinkage. Use Chemcure curing agents preferably.
_______________________________________________________________________________
Compatibility Chemplast P – 200 can be combined with other concrete
admixtures. It is also compatible with sulphate resistant cement.
_______________________________________________________________________________
Cleaning Clean all equipment and tools with water immediately after use.

Remarks When accidental overdosing occurs, the set retarding effect
increases. During this period the concrete must be kept moist in
order to prevent premature drying out. Additional amount of air
entertainment may also occur.
