MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON 9TH DEC 2016 (FRI), AT 9.

45AM, AT MWA TMN MAS

CAMPUS:

(A) Present:
- Master Weld Academy (MWA) = Mr James Wong & Bro.Christopher.
- RLSBP =Ps Paul, Joel, Hendrik, Peggy, Irene & Wendy.

(B) Matters discussed:

(1) No. of Students in Tmn Mas Campus = about 300. Length of Course = 18 months.
(2) Student's Study Hours = Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm.
(3) Personnel of MWA who can coordinate with us in this ministry are:
1. Christopher - aged 23, staff of MWA as Intern Trainer, from Miri S'wak, kaum Kenyak.

Stays in D 09-05, Suria Kinrara Apartment. Own a car. Attends SIB Puchong, serves as
Pianist.

2. Melvin - aged 25, staff of MWA, from Lawas, S'wak. Hp: 013-8344891. Attends SIB
Puchong(sunday), serves as Drummer.

(4) Venue & Facility at Tmn Mas Campus available for our weekly fellowship with them:
- MWA is operating from a factory bungalow in Puchong Perindustrian Putra.
- Groundfloor is used for their welding practical works.
- 1st floor consists of 6 classrooms, with whiteboards, tables, chairs, fans & airconds.
- 2nd floor consists of 2 rooms, one of them is impressive, spacious, with aircond. Ideal for our
use, can house about 60 to 80 students.

Currently many students have gone back to East M'sia for Christmas holidays. By mid of Jan
2017, the students will come back.

As for the estimate number of new batch of students and the academic terms for Y2017, Mr
James Wong will furnish Pastor Paul with more info in due course.

Mr James Wong expressed his desire to see his students be equipped with a skill set that
enables them to earn a living in future, a breakthrough from the poverty they face back
home...and more importantly to point them to JESUS, with the helping hands offered by
churches. As such, he assured us that he is ready to back us up in terms of the venue & facility
and his staff (Christopher, Melvin) to support us for the purpose of this ministry. And he looks
forward to our continuous effort to make this ministry a success.
