Technical Terms:
Microsoft Word – is word processing software that allows users to create
and edit text documents.

Discussion: Discussion about the elements of windows environment.

IV. APPLICATION / ACTIVITY


The class will be divided into 6 groups. They will identify the different
elements of the Microsoft windows.

What are the different element of the Microsoft Windows environment?

VI. EVALUATION
Direction: Identify what element of the Microsoft windows is being
describe.

1. It displays the title of the document on which you are currently working.
2. This toolbar provides you with access to commands you to frequently
use.
3. It is found at the upper-left corner of the Word Window. You can use the
menu to create a new file, open an existing file, save a file, and perform
many other tasks.
4. This element is found below the Ribbon. You can use the ruler to change
the format of your document quickly.
5. It is found at the bottom of your window and provides the current page.

Look for the different command in the menu bar. Write it in your notebook.
