into the assignment box available at the Mechanical Research Lab of Mechanical
Engineering Department on or before 29th of May 2015. You are supposed to face
a viva voce and present your results on or before 08th of June 2015 to the
academic coordinator.

Carry out a literature survey regarding few case studies which describes applications of
Fuzzy Control. Prepare a report of at least 4 pages. It should cover the following

 The problem where the fuzzy controller is used

 The Fuzzy inputs and outputs
 Fuzzy membership functions
 Fuzzy inferencing mechanism

NOTE:- Prepare the report in your own words. You may refer the case studies given in the
recommended book or any scholarly articles relevant to fuzzy control.
