Dear Mr. Roswell,

I am writing this letter to request to make some changes to the earlier bookings I made in your
hotel for a business conference that should come up next week.

I am sorry to inform you that the meeting has been rescheduled to the last week of the month due
to some unforeseen circumstances. However, I would like to alter our previous arrangement if it
would not cost you. I would like to book an additional three rooms and a conference hall with the
earlier agreement. Also, the conference meeting will now last twelve days as opposed to the ten
days we had agreed on.

Finally, I would like to know the state of the facilities in each room and the conference hall. If
they are not in good condition, you will need to fix and refurbish them to international standard
to meet the taste of my foreign guests. I believe that thirty days is enough time to get that done.

I am sorry for any inconveniences this might cause. I am will be expecting your prompt
response. Thanks for your co-operation.

Yours sincerely,

Ms. M.B. Gabayoyo

Secretary
