COMPLIANCE / MANIFESTATION
COMES NOW, the Undersigned Counsel in the above-entitled
case, by himself and before the Honorable Court, in compliance with
the Order dated October 12, 2017 of the Honorable Court,
respectfully aver, that:

1. On November 20, 2017, the Undersigned Counsel received the

Order dated October 12, 2017 issued by the Honorable Court.

2. In said Order, the Honorable Court is directing the Undersigned

Counsel to explain why he failed to appear on the scheduled
trial hearing on October 12, 2017.

3. In compliance of said order, the Undersigned Counsel hereby

respectfully submits his Withdrawal of Appearance dated
October 18, 2017 with the attached correspondence of the
Undersigned Counsel addressed to the Accused herein
communicating him that he needs to contact and report to the
Undersigned Counsel to discuss his case with him, which was
filed before the Honorable Court on October 20, 2017.

Copy of the Withdrawal of Appearance with its attachment are

hereto attached as Annexes “1”, “1-A” to “A-5”, and
incorporated in the Compliance / Manifestation.

4. With all the letters of the Undersigned Counsel to the Accused,

he has not responded to it, which would mean that the Accused
is no longer interested to defend his case.

5. Thus, the Undersigned Counsel further manifests his

withdrawal as counsel of the Accused in the instant case. May
this fully explain the absence of the Undersigned Counsel
during the hearing set on October 12, 2017, and serves as
compliance with the Order of the Honorable Court.
