El objetivo del Poka Yoke, es crear un ambiente libre de errores de producción. Es prevenir defectos
eliminando la causa raíz, ya que es el mejor camino para producir productos y servicios de alta
calidad.
2. ¿QUE SIGNIFICAN LAS PALABRAS POKA - YOKE?
El termino japonés POKA que significa error no intencionado o equivocación y YOKE que significa
evitar equivocaciones. (A prueba de errores)
