Gottman Assessments—Written Questionnaires

2012 Instructions
The following zip file includes:

• Assessments_English_11-2012.pdf. This file contains

all of the assessments and scoring instructions as one
document.

• Individual Assessments. This subfolder contains each

assessment as separate PDF files. These files enable
you to send any of the Gottman assessments to your
clients without the scoring key or summaries.

• Scoring. This subfolder contains the scoring instructions

as separate PDF files.

Each assessment questionnaire is linked to the file “Table of

Contents.pdf”. Click on the link of the questionnaire you would
like and it will appear in a new window ready to print or send
electronically.

Feel free to email any of these assessments to your clients.

However, please make sure that your clients understand that email
is not considered secure or confidential and that your clients give
you permission for the questionnaires to be emailed to them. For
security, we recommend that the client does not email the completed
questionnaires back to you.
