Respectfully Showeth:-

1. That the complainant has filed a complaint against the opposite party before the State
Commission and the said complaint was allowed by the Hon'ble State Commission, New
Delhi vide its order dt. 9.6.2004 in favour of the caveator and against the opposite party.
2. That the caveator is apprehending that the opposite party/respondent may file
appeal or any other proceedings against the said order. The title of the appeal will be as
follows:-

3. That the opposite party has no case in the said expected appeal and grave injustice,
hardship and irreparable loss and injury would be caused to the caveator/respondent if the
opposite party/appellant is successful in obtaining an exparte order of stay of operation of
order of the State Commission in the said expected appeal.
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Commission may be
pleased to issue notice to the caveator/respondent before passing any order of any kind in
the said expected appeal or any other proceedings or any application for stay or any other
application in respect of aforesaid appeal in the interest of justice.
Any other or further order which this Hon'ble Commission may deem fit and proper
under the circumstances of the case be also passed in favour of the caveator and against
the opposite party.
