Friend leadership shows us the importance of evolving in this everchanging world,


and the new way that it offers, this way has 5 steps for friend leadership these
ones being: earth, water, fire, wind and void, each one supporting in some way the
team.

Earth: is knowing yourself, the foundation of the operation, know where you are
planted, your weakness and strengths.

Water: is learning to act together water can be asingle drop of water or a vast
ocean, if you combine several drops of water you can accomplish several things.

Fire: is the sparkle that get things done, that starts the whole thing, it gets noticed
and it makes you follow.

Wind: is direction, knowing where you are going if you are in a linear road and you
get slightly into other direction another whole road will be taken, wind can be calm
or a storm.

Void: Void it everything combined, thinking of thinking, being aware of the


presence, understanding essentiality.

Visual tools are very important in the. World today htats why every leader shoul
use the to help the team focus and get things clear, to do so one of the ways is
visual thinking that is presenting the set of ideas in a map made with drawings.

The humans are visual thinkers, so a visual way to understand thing can be very
useful.

EARTH
Know yourself, one of the best ways to do it is by the learning contract tool, which
can be very helpful to get in touch with one self in the past present and future.
One thing that I haven’t thought was to draw it, maybe it’s a good idea and it could
simplify my drebraye.

7- No he sabido comunicar mi liderazgo ni he sabido seguir, por lo tanto no hemos
tenido cominucación y es algo que nos falta y afecta a muchos.
8-Es algo de todos los dias el ser lider, no es un titulo que simplemente trabajas y
un dia te ganas.
9-Hay que aprender a ser un suelo fertil para sembrar y ver nacer ideas junto con
nuestro coach.

demas tambien se concentren en hacer eso.
