Subject: Minutes of the Headmasters meeting on 18 May, 2018

The Headmasters meeting was held on 18th May, 2018 at 7.00 PM at St. Martin
De Pores Church, Aylesbury, Tallaght. The meeting was presided by His
grace Mar Stephen Chirappanath:
The meeting began with a prayer by Fr. Jose Bharanikullankara. Fr.
Antony Cheeramvelil welcomed Mar Stephen Chirappanath, Mrs. Cilily
Regi, the newly appointed headmistress of Tallaght Mass Center, and
others to the meeting.
The Head Masters from respective Mass Centers presented the report
for the academic year 2017-18. The Bishop evaluated the report and
placed on record the efforts of the Headmasters and thanked them for
their selfless service and commitment. He specially mentioned the
commitment of Fr. Antony Cheeramvelil, Fr. Jose Bharanikullankara
and Fr. Clement Padathiparambil in unifying the spiritual activities of
faithful.
The Catechism Scholarship Examination for the academic year 2017-18
will be conducted on 1st September (Saturday), 2018 at 10.00 AM. Fr.
Antony Cheeramvelil is given with the responsibility to prepare the
question papers.
It was decided to conduct the Centralized Catechism Examination from
the academic year 2018-19. The proposed date for the same for the
next academic year will be on 5th May, 2019 at 2.00 PM.
All Catechism Teachers’ Day celebration will be on 22 nd September,
2018 and Mar Stephen Chirappanath will be the Chief Guest of the Day.
Mr. Binu Jose, the outgoing Headmaster of Tallaght was given sendoff
and Mr. Sunny Kochuchira thanked him for his selfless and noble
services.
The next meeting of the Headmasters will be on 28/08/2018.
Mr. Jose Chacko proposed the Vote of Thanks and meeting was
concluded with a prayer.
