The Plurales

Rules:
 Si la palabra termina con “sh, ch, s, x o z”, añadimos “es”.
Examples: one church : two churches
 Algunos nombres que terminan con la “o” llevan plurales con “es”.
Examples: one tomato - two tomatoes
 Si la palabra termine con “consonante + y”, normalmente cambiamos la “y” por una
“i” y añadimos “es”.
Examples: one baby - two babies
 Algunas palabras acabadas en “-f” o en “-fe” forman el plural de manera quitandolas
y agregándoles “ves”.
Examples: calf : calves.
 Si la palabra termina con una 'e', solo añadimos una 's'.
Examples: one name - two names
 A la gran mayoría de los sustantivos ingleses se les consideran regulares y se
pluralizan agregándoles solo la “s”:
Examples: cat : cats.
