Welcome
Release Enablement: Adobe Experience Manager 6.1
How to use this Participant Guide: This interactive workbook guides you through the release training and
provides you the opportunity to reinforce your understanding of each section. As you work through the training
use the provided areas to take notes and answer questions related to each section. Survey results from past
release enablement projects show that taking notes in this guide, while watching the videos, improves retention of
new concepts and information. You can use this guide digitally, as a fillable PDF, or print it and complete it
manually.
Getting ready: To ensure you are ready for the release, attend the “What’s New eSeminar” or watch
its recording. This eSeminar takes place a few weeks prior to the release training and provides a
good overview of the release. It can be found on the Adobe Experience Manager 6.1 release page
on Digital University.
Informational videos: Next, you’ll watch a series of short informational videos on the new release.
As you watch these videos, take notes and answer the questions in this guide.
Documents: After viewing the videos, read the release documentation provided by the Business
Unit. This documentation may include items such as release notes, internal and external FAQs,
demo decks, pricing docs, and customer success stories
Assessment: The assessment is a post-course test based on the key objectives of the course. Once
you’ve completed the assessment with an 80% or higher score, you will be awarded the Adobe
Experience Manager 6.1 Release Enablement Overview Badge.
Wrap-up: Complete the feedback survey about this learning experience. It can be found on the
product page on Digital University.
