AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION

That I, FAUSTA EUMAGUE EUZON, of legal age, Filipino, married to Pablo

Euzon, and a resident of Campaclan, barangay Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental,
after having duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and manifest:

That MATEO EUMAGUE was the registered owner of a certain parcel of land
known as Lot No. 463, situated in Campaclan, Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental,
covered Original Certificate of Title No. 16014, consisting of ONE THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT (1,338) Square Meters, more or less;

That MATEO EUMAGUE died intestate sometime ago, leaving without any
known debts not settled until the present and upon his death he was survived by his three
legitimate children, namely; MELECIO, BENIGNA and JOSEFA, all surnamed
EUMAGUE;

That I, as the surviving daughter of the late Melecio Eumague, knew for a fact,
that during the lifetime of my father, together with the late Benigna Eumague and Josefa
Eumague, they had agreed verbally to settle, Partition and divide equally among
themselves Lot No,. 463 into three (3) sublots, and each Lot containing an area of FOUR
HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT (446) Square Meters, more or less;

That the legal heirs of the late Mateo Eumague have adopted and observed the
said settlement;

That I also personally know that the Heirs of the late Benigna Eumague had sold
their one-third (1/3) shares over Lot No. 463 in favor of Capt. DIONISIO B.
CABUHAY , JR. and DRA. MARIA ANTONIA ANTONIO;

That I bought the one-third (1/3) share of Josefa Eumague over Lot No. 463;
likewise all the shares of my brother Felix Eumague over the said parcel of land; and
finally my brother Modesto Eumague died intestate some time ago leaving with out any
issue or offspring;

That this affidavit is executed freely and voluntarily just to attest the truthfulness
and veracity of my statements herein; and to CONFIRM the settlement and partition of
Lot No. 463, covered by O.C.T. No. 16014.
