DIGSI 5 editions and languages
 The functionality available does not depend on
what you install
 But it depends on the license key you specify later

Upgrading to a more feature-rich DIGSI 5 edition just means
providing a new license key

Run setup.exe from the DIGSI 5 setup
 You can choose the language of the installation
