MESSAGE TO CLASS EIGHT AND FORM FOUR EXAMINATIONS CANDIDATES ~

Pupils and Students

1. May I take this opportunity to send my good will message and success wishes to all of you

pupils and students sitting their class eight KCPE and form four KCSE examinations for this

year 2017

2. Having prepared for these examinations adequately with the help of your parents and teachers,

it is my confidence that you will courageously overcome the fear associated with such

examinations and pass the tests before you

3. Siaya County is known for producing academic giants and I am proud to say that you will

belong to that group by the end of these examinations. We have consistently shown excellent

performance in the past by rising above all the other counties in our region and country wide and

it is my hope that this year will be no exception

4. My government will immediately support the best performing among you through bursaries

and other initiatives to ensure you continuously proceed with your academic pursuits to the top

5. During this week and the following days, the election petition challenging my recent win in

the August 8th 2017 elections will also be heard at the Siaya High Court. I encourage members

of the public especially my supporters to exercise restraint as the due process of law takes its

course. I am confident that our August 8th 2017 victory will easily be confirmed by the courts

quickly enough to enable us continue to a new level of County Development
