EOW card
The main circuit of the EOW card is an audio bridge which provides the
following functions:
• The E1 bytes from the cards in slots 1, 6 and 8 are added to give an
incoming conference signal. This signal contains the contributions from
all the order wire subscribers on the network.
• The local handset speech signal is added to the EOW conference signal
which is then returned to the network.
• The incoming conference signal is copied to the local handset. The local
speech input is not added to this signal to prevent echo in the hand
