Operations began in 1972 with a production capacity of
42 thousand metric tons per year, based on the HSO
technology of the Dutch firm DSM.

We proudly achieved our capacity expansion up to 85

thousand tons per year with proprietary technology,
showcasing our technological capabilities and process
proficiency.

Univex is one of the leading companies in the caprolactam

supply market, since 1998 we serve international customers
in Asia, North and South America, and Europe, for their wide
range of applications, including high-speed spinning fibers,
