Re: Corruption
Sirs, Madams,
After viewing your talking heads on the TV byway of C-Span, I have determined
that you are all just two sides of a counterfeit coin minted by a very corrupt system.
You folks put on a fine show of smoke and mirrors while the malevolent powers that be
ge about their business of ruling the world. Your task is to make us think we are free
and that our freedom is protected by a sincere and open debate. Meanwhile the lawyers
for the bankers that own the media tell us only what they want us to hear.
T have acted in good faith with all of you and have only been ignored or worse. The
copies of the enclosed emails to C-Span and my letters to and from the ACLU should fell
the tale. Now I demand that you obey the Rules of Professional Conduct after your
review of the other enclosed documents. Otherwise I will be due to sue you too.
To further support the above statement I also must say that I liked what Michael
Ratner had to say on C-Span in his debate with Paul Rosenzweig and I went to his web
address. It is easy to remember because it is the same as one of my favorite Rock and
Roll Bands. The old hippy in me figured it to be good Karma if nothing else. However his
street address is the same number that is the sign of a foretold devil wearing the mask
of virtue. So my opinion of him was neutralized by any prejudicial Karma. When I saw
that he was approaching the Solicitor General to Canada he mode big brownie points
with me. I have similar concerns as his client in Syria. I called him immediately and left
a detailed voice mail. I was not surprised that he did not return the call. After all, he is
a lawyer first and foremost. I suspect that his concerns for the interests of fellow
Brothers of the Bar far outweigh the constitutional rights of an alien layman.
With regard to Paul Rosenzweig I went to the web address mentioned on TV to
see what planet he was from but after reading the quote of the recently defrocked high
priest of fascists, Rush Limbaugh, I decided it would be unnecessary to read anymore.Rush Limbaugh stated as follows: "Some of the finest conservative minds in
America today do their work in the Heritage Foundation.” With that in mind, I wonder if
Rosenzweig and Toensing are prepared to argue a free thinking fun loving fool. If they
still hold their former high priest in high regard, I would have great fun poking fun.
Please find enclosed an exact copy of a letter sent to every U.S. Attorney in the
USA just prior to the malicious side show held before Judge Borenstein in Norfolk
Superior Court on September 29". I suspect the recent developments about the SEC
and the FBI in Beantown have caused him to delay his judgments of long delayed motions
that he had no jurisdiction to hear. He need not be advised as to whether or not to
dismiss Prima Facia complaints that belong in federal court. The irrefutable evidence
supporting the allegations were filed and served with the complaints. He knew the truth
when he read what remained of the dockets. The clerks’ actions in all courts were evil.
Today I finally received his judgments. At last I can proceed after over a one year
delay. Just so you know everything was dismissed, even the complaint against the
Kickhams under the First Amendment. After the Kickhams were illegally off the hook.
‘They practiced the same crimes again. It is too funny for words.
The copy of wiretap tape numbered 139 is served upon you in confidence as officers
of the court in order that it may be property investigated. I was unable to determine if
Laura Murphy is an officer of the court, so I elected to serve it upon her outspoken
associates who are currently rejoicing the recent judgment of the Massachusetts
‘Supreme Court. For their benefit I have included a copy of a letter recently sent to
many other Gay Rights Activists and a copy of my Request for an Oral Argument with
Assistant Attorney General Robert L. Quinan Jr. At the very least I have now made you
all witnesses to my pursuit of Justice. May I suggest you forsake your bad-acting
friends and assist me. In the long run the wrongful acts of the light lawyers and right
wing politicians don't amount to a hill of beans ina town full of nasty old farts. We must
protect our children's future even though a gay marriage could not bring them about. In
my opinion it would not help your various causes to stand with the likes of Michael J.
Sullivan, Judge Carey and Robb Quinan.

To all of the above stated Parties.
Pursuant to the keeping of my word in my many conversations and
correspondences to your of ices, please find enclosed:
1. A copies of our Affidavits, now on file in the dockets of many courts.
2. Copies of various letters to and from the clerks of the various courts.
3. Copies of letters to and from the US Attorney, Don Feith, the District
Attorney, Tim Cruz, also three from the Kickhams and one from the ACLU.Tam certain that yall have an understanding as to the reasons why Iam
compelled to send you this correspondence byway of certified mail. Although
there is no need, I take license to be a little longwinded in this letter. As of
this date and under federal law, I can now complain of Mr. Fine, two other
Inspector Generals and a great many other federal employees as individuals,
T-do not wish to complain of the United States of America as Michael J.
Sullivan claimed, only of certain individuals (him in particular) that have not
acted within the scope of their employment. Bivens didn't know names, I do.
My next complaints that will be filed in a federal court will concern
personal injury, white-collar crimes, civil rights and legal malpractice. I will
summon each of you to answer me for your malice. Upon your review of the
enclosed documents you should notice something. All the while that you were
assisting the Catholic Church, incompetent fraudulent lawyers (all crooked
hone straight but some quite gay), the Brookline Savings Bank, and corrupt
politicians to cover-up the crimes, the Kickhams were practicing the same
crimes again. The devil is in the details of my affidavit.
Now I am due to sue you too and the Kickhams once again. I feel pretty
witty and gay (- Sondheim”) that Carey quoted me and Quinan included it in
his Fraudulent Motions. I find it truly comical that Paula Carey and Robb
Quinan are campaigning for Gays and Lesbians to be awarded the very rights
that they are denying my wife and I possess. The Catholic Church opposes
them and yet seeks their help in the cover-up. If Lesbians do marry, will Gay
Priests sanctify it? At the same time that Evil Cousin Chucky was putting the
screws to my family over what appears to be a pittance, he piously gave a
hundred grand to a Catholic charity. "Twas modern day dispensation, to pay
the Roger's fees and no doubt a fat Tax Deduction for Chucky. Bishop
Lennon accepts his donations but refuses the Voices of the Faithful. Ina
country where Church and State are separate, it seems a priest is playing
politics. Not many politicians in the General Court want to step on the Pope's
toes and ignore justifiable bills but do not mind voting for bills that protect
the Church, bad acting priests and lawyers from litigation. 'Tis too too funny.
It seems T will have a well-mixed crowd of litigants against me that would
make for strange bedfellows in the same prison cell after a very interesting
trial. Although you all pursue different agendas, you do have two things in
‘common, a greasy biker and filthy lucre. I will wager that the certain wicked
politicians now curse my name under their breath similar to the judge in
Quincy Court who gave me a recording of his evil snicker. The dumb bastard
must have put his head down to conceal his gleeful malice, but he forgot themicrophone in front of him. I picked up the snicker when I copied the tape
at a different frequency. That was ridiculously hilarious. I am suing every
Officer of the Quincy District Court because of that snicker and the false
allegations against me made by that court to the Secret Service and the
denial of much warranted 209A Court Orders for no reason whatsoever. I
am pissed off but having fun. I am of no physical threat to anyone, however a
lot of rich folks should be very nervous about their pocketbooks when they
are in my presence. I hear every word they say and do not fear lawyers.
You do not have to bother answering this letter. You can ignore it like all
‘the rest. I have come to expect it but you now have my word. Hell, it took
the Kickhams eight months to answer the complaints with two sets of
Motions to Dismiss filled with perjury. They made much ado about nothing
with a laughable lament. I did answer the Kickham's first Motions to Dismiss
ina funny way. As soon as they filed the second ones, Judge Paul Chernoff
promptly allowed them off the hook. I wonder if he knows how to read. Nuff
said, I will save my breath for a jury of my peers rather than a judge or a
clerk that kowtows to peer pressure because of political appointment.
T have sent a copy of this correspondence to the Honourable Farmer Chuck
Grassley, Bishop Lennon, the Overseer Bettie Kornegay and to the ACLU. If
they wish they may now act to defend the Rights of many others under the
Fourth. The ACLU is in possession of three tapes as evidence of the crimes
practiced against US Citizens by their government. I now authorize them to
do with the evidence what they will. It is not my job. I only speak for my
Clan, The ACLU talks the talk, lets see if they walk the walk. I do not seek
their help. I can defend our rights. I have only provided them with the proof
of what I say is true and am willing to bear witness and testify to the facts.
A Famous Farmer, a Founding Father, once said that it is not only my right
but also my duty to speak against evil. I agree.
‘Tam about to complain of Bettie Kornegay. I had considered her innocent
of wrongdoing until she did not return my courtesy call, Now I must talk to
her lawyer. I proved my ethics to her last year. Let's see if her counsel can
prove his to me this year. I don't care what a priest says , but am curious to
hear from the farmer. The whole wide world can see what I have to say

Dear Mr. Amos:
Upon receipt of your materials, the staff attorneys re-reviewed your request. I am sorry to
say that they drew the same conclusion. Unfortunately, the American Civil Liberties Union of
Massachusetts will not be able to provide you with assistance
The ACLU of Massachusetts is a relatively small, private organization and thus, is able to
help in only a few of the thousands of complaints which are received. This response however, is
not meant to imply that the ACLU of Massachusetts is unsympathetic to your grievance or that
your complaint does or does not have merit.
However, you may wish to consult a private attomey. If you do not know one, you can
get a referral from the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA). The MBA referral service is open
9am.to 5 p.m, Their phone number is (617) 542-9103, Their address is 10 West Street,
Boston, MA 02111, Please find attached your materials, in case you have use for them for
future review.
Again, I am very sorry that the ACLU of Massachusetts cannot take your case.
Hopefully, upon further research, you will find another viable way to proceed, I wish you the best
of luck in resolving your current situation
