MINUTES OF THE MEETING

February 17, 2014
@ Tambayan

 The meeting started at 5:20 in the afternoon.

 10 out 17 attended the meeting. Thus, the meeting was in quorum.
 Due to some constraints, the president of the body couldn’t attend so the Presiding
Officer was automatically Ms. Lumaran, the vice-president.
 Ms. Lumaran also led the prayer.
 The presiding officer consolidated the body if how was their day.
 The consolidation was done in Privileged Speech.
 In the motion of Ms. Echavia in laying the agenda to the table was approved by the
August body.
 I. Friday Activity (Service)
 Pres. Officer asked the body what would be the plan for the upcoming activity.
 Ms. Infiesto, the president of the organization seat in at 5:37 in the afternoon.
 Ms. Infiesto raised her motion of point of information about for Friday. She said that
the upcoming event had its proper flow already and suggested to move forward to
the next agendum.
 II. Ministering Leaders (Training for Evangelism)
 Ms. Infiesto stated that the leaders of Y2DN USeP Obrero Campus will go to Tagum
Chapter to visit and if given a time, they will help leaders to have an effective and
efficient leadership.
 The tentative date of training will be after the encounter.
 III. Rating of relationship for the Lord
 Presiding Officer Lumaran asked the body to rate their relationship with the Lord.
 Ms. Goc-ong stated her notions.
 Ms. Infiesto stated her notions and sentiments all about her relationship with the
Lord; and she said she need to work out for the Lord; still learning from the
members of the body and all the more with the Lord.
 Ms. Echavia, rated herself into 6th or 7th level; there still things that she is learning;
 Ms. Lumaran concluded their sentiments.
 IV. Invitation for Friday
 This would be in a form of text message brigade and invite people room-to-room
 V. Preparation Prayer for Friday
 February 18, 2014 will be the start of Corporate Prayer every 3 o’clock in the
afternoon.
 Other Matters:
 Presiding Officer Lumaran stated the following:
 Every Saturday is a Corporate Prayer 5 o’clock to 7 o’clock in the morning at
Freedom Park.
 Wherever you will go, every 5 o’clock in the afternoon is set as a Corporate Prayer.
So, intercede.
 Closing Prayer was made by everyone.
 Meeting adjourned at 6:20 in the evening.

 The meeting started at exactly 5:30 in the afternoon.

 11 out of 17 attended the meeting. Thus, the meeting was in quorum.
 Praise and Worship was done in the opening prayer.
 Pres. Officer Infiesto asked the body how was their last week.
 The august body shared their thoughts and whereabouts concerning the matter in
Privileged Speech.
 Presiding officer generalized the Priv. speech and responded to every whereabouts
of the member.
 On the motion of Ms. Goc-ong to open the agenda, it was hereby carried and
approved.
 I. Y2DN T-shirt
 Pres. officer asked the body how was their payment for the t-shirt. The deadline
would be on Friday.
 II. CCO Ministry Cluster
 Ms. Infiesto stated that the Religious Observance Day would be dated on March 12,
2014 @ FTC, 5PM.
 She also added that the making of flyers and posting of information in the bulletin
were assigned to Y2DN.
 III. Joint Open Cell
 Pres. officer consolidated the body on who will be the assigned persons in upcoming
joint open cell.
 Then the program flow and assigned persons are as follows:
 Prayer- Liz
 PAW - Dana
 Games - Nora & Jaycee
 Testimony - Karla
 Word - Jaison
 The venue of the open cell would be on room 31.
 Ms. Infiesto suggested that everyone should invite for the said event.
 Closing prayer was done by Mr. Antonio.
 In the motion of Ms. Gumacal, the meeting was adjourned at 6:09 in the evening.

 At exactly 4:58pm, the meeting started.

 Ms. Gumacal led the prayer.
 Pres. Officer Infiesto asked the body how was their Christmas Vacation.
 Privileged speech was made.
 Ms. Echavia shared her experience followed by Ms. Goc-ong, Ms. Algabre, Ms.
Gumacal, Ms. Infiesto, Ms. Jubahib, Ms. Lumaran and Ms. Luengas.
 The August body offered a prayer to the person right to them.
 On the motion of Ms. Gumacal, the first agendum was opened.
