How to improve typing style among the workers.

This program is specially design for who want to improve their skill in typing and

create a better skill in doing the task using the Microsoft word among the worker. This

program will conducted according how many candidates involved in this training. Before,

we used the lecture method caused many participant was involved in our training.

Besides, we use self-paced training where the trainee will issued a laptop each person as

equipment during this training.

The program priorities is to provide help and guidance especially for worker in

the management department which working using word and document that make this

skill very useful to them to improve their working condition and performance..

Purpose of the training

 Improve the skill when preparing the important document

 Use a better way and skill to finish the task given

 Increase error when typing and preparing important document

The aim

1. Every trainee can finish the task in time given and never delay the task

2. trainee can perform the task and document with the interesting style

3. that is zero error in their work

4. The trainee can thinking the most creative style way to structure and write the

document that is given to them

5. The workers are skilful in grammar and vocabulary.


Learning unit objective.

After the training, the trainees should be able to create documents given and finish
the task without any arrow and mistakes in the accurrate.

Selecting the trainer.

In this program, we select the training from the out side that have ability and experience

in teaching the trainees in computer using and the Microsoft office that the worker will

use in finish their work letter. We also try to find the trainers that very skillful teaching

the workers.

Preparing a lesson plan.

1. The content to be covered is about the skill that use. It is included typing,

writing, and performing. If the trainers carefully follow the technique, they able to

do the entire task given with the best improvement.


2. Each program held of us in schedule system. It for easy for the trainees and us

hopefully the program done in sequencing without have any small mistakes.

0530-0630H Religion session – All the Muslim trainees supposed to go to
Surau
0700H Ice- breaking session- All the trainers introduce themselves.
0730H Break Fast
0800H Registering the candidates – the candidates will give info about
the training program goal, vision and objective. The head of
trainer will speech about the rules of program, activities and
objectives of program
1030H Break
1100H Item issued- each trainee issued a laptop and workbooks.
1300H Lunch
1330H Knowledge Session – questionnaire given to test trainee’s
knowledge about the computer
1400H Knowledge Session – the trainees will have a typing test where
they need to finish the task in time given.
1600H Tea-Break
1630H Managing the idea skill lesson. - How to organizing ideas in
creating document in the best way.
1700H Religion Session and break time
1830H The typing skill lesson by the trainer. The trainers will teach
the trainees the skills to type word document correctly.
1700H Task for tomorrow in the workbook given.
1800H Administration

0530-0630H Religion session – All the Muslim trainees supposed to go to Surau
0700H Introduction to the today activities and the last day task submitted.
0730H Break Fast
0800H Lesson to create wonderful words-using the slide show the trainers
will teach and demonstrate how to use Microsoft word.
1030H Break
1100H Lesson to create the interesting presentation – using the laptop the
trainee given a task to create a presentation while the trainer will
conduct and teaching them how to use the Microsoft power point.
1300H Lunch
1330H Religion Session – All the Muslim have to go to Surau .
1400H Presentation.-all the trainee performs their work and the trainer will
give the mark and tell what the weaknesses.
1600H Tea-Break
1630H Religion Session and break time
1700H Skill test- using the Microsoft word and Microsoft power point.
1830H Dinner
1900H Religion Session and break time
2100H The trainers give the result for today activities.
2130H Discussion with the trainer and the task in the workbook given.

0800H Technique and lesson use the basic Microsoft excel. Using the laptop
the trainee given a task to create a document while the trainer will
conduct and teaching them how to use the Microsoft excel.

1100H Test for the Microsoft excel
1330H Religion Session and break time
1400H The trainers give the final result to the trainees.
1600H Tea-Break
1630H Religion Session and break time
1700H The item issued return back.
1830H Administrational
1930H The prize given ceremony- for the best trainee and trainers. The
certificate to the trainees for joining the program

2300H Evaluation of the Program from the trainer to the organizer using
interview, questionnaire and archival Performance Data

Selection training design of training media.

In this program, many of the programs we use the self-study (computer-based- classroom

based) and classroom program technique in delivery the lesson to trainees. Workbook

and handout are used to assist the trainers giving their lesson and homework to the

trainees. Some of the activities use the mentoring technique to gain the trainees ‘skill and

technique. Trainers also used audiovisual media as advantages in making quality speech

during the lesson.


Evaluating the Test

There are many ways to evaluate this training accomplishing their objective some

of them are from many way such interview, questionnaire and archival Performance

Data. It is very important to know the strength and weaknesses about this program,

determine the cost ratio. This evaluation is good ways to make the program in the future.

From the data and trainees test result we can measure the improvement of the trainees.

As a worker in the company we also can evaluate trainees after the training by

look at their performance in the work place. If there is some improvement in their job so

we can conclude that training is successful. So next year the new trainees will report to

join the training.
