Executive Summary
“THE PURPOSE OF STUDY WAS TO KNOW ABOUT REEMAXE INDUSTRIES AND TO
ANALYZE THE WORKING PROCESS”
In this report the REEMAXE history, mission, vision as well as management is
mentioned. After this the analysis of working process is conducted which shows
where the firm is standing. Sports sector of Pakistan has been transformed within
a small interval of 6 to 8 years from a inactive hand Government dominated
sector to a much more responsive, competitive and profitable industry.
Speed and sequencing of sports sector transformation and its role in promoting
economic growth is now a leading story of a sector success.

Introduction:
Reemax established in 1992 at Naika Pura. There were three person who started
Reemaxe. For over 23 years, Reemaxe has been paramount in the world of sports,
using innovation and technology to develop martial art uniforms, boxing
equipment and sportswear that enables you to achieve your maximum potential.
This is why reemaxe attentively listens to those who practice martial arts and
works closely with top brands to design, create and manufacture new ranges of
equipment. Products started from soccer balls within five years growth increases
too much. Saeed-ur-Rehman is the owner of the firm and he hold the all
operations . He made a team of selected artisans and worked hard for the
enrichment and expansion of the business with due enthusiasm. A target had
been set by him to achieve a reputation in the international market to accomplish
his ideas. New product line launched sportswear and now Sialkot second largest
factory that produce all production in the factory. Area of the Firm twenty five
(25) Canal.
History:

The History of Reemaxe DATES BACK TO 1988 when the grandfather of the
reemaxe Team, Mr Abdul rehman & islam founded Reema &sons Pvt.Ltd, The
Company soon became well known throughout the sports industry worldwide
due to its high quality products, Reemaxe Was established in 1994 as an offshoot
of this pioneering company.

Reemaxe started from reema sons, Reema sons started work from leather
garments.They are two brothers who initiated whose name are Abdul Rehman &
Islam. Islam was on Germany and Abdul Rehman was there in the firm for the
manufacturing of their products and success have grown gradually.

Tasks and Responsibilities Accomplished during Internship:

As internship is a practical activity in which we analyses the implementation of


the bookish knowledge .

At firm :

During my six and half weeks at firm I spent most of the time under the
management include accounts, planning and sales department .
From the beginning of my internship I was assigned to accounts department. I
was given warm welcome and orientation. I visited the organization and
its departments and its showroom where sales people were working; all persons
at the organization were very much disciplined and professional.

Accounts Department:
On my first day, Mr. Tahir Mahmood introduced himself as Accounts
manager and gave me overview of accounts department where I spent my whole
week.

He introduced me to names of the suppliers of the company and their files which
were separately maintained by him, I analyzed the bills sent by the supplier and
the process which it has followed to reach at accounts office and my first task was
to calculate the amounts of ledgers of four suppliers and to compare that balance
with the balance of the software . Another day I overviewed the bills sent by the
suppliers to the firm, and these bills had been entered in software then he asked
me to attach these bills in the files of the supplier and also recorded amounts of
these bills in the ledger which was given at the first page of each file.

On my second day, CEO Mr. Khawar sent me to the MCB to deposit amount in the
supplier account and I also recorded transaction in files of suppliers. This is the
day when workers are asked whether they want to receive one third of their next
month salary in advance or not.
At end of every month, company have to make payment for their hard work and
overtime, so I did the analysis of worker overtime per hour and printed sheets
that described no. of hours work done by each employee.

Terminating Employees:
While making dues statement of terminated employees following factors are
taken into consideration:
Number of days worked

Gratuity ( if employees has worked for more then 1 year , this depends upon
number of years and one gratuity equal to one month basic salary.
Leaves
Annual leaves = 14 days
Casual and medical leaves = 18 days

Employee Motivation:
Over time payments are made throughout the months, to motivate and
encourage employees for hard work, these payments were never delayed by
accounts office, if worker don’t come at account office for receiving of overtime
payment, account officer or internee goes to meet the worker himself at
showroom premisis for payments, there are strict rules set by the MD of
organization.

Sales Department:
From 3rd week to the mid of 5th week of my internship, I spent my time at sales
and customer service department of the company. Iqbal Impex makes its local
sales through the showroom of Barkat Trading Company. At the showroom, I
spent my time interacting with customers, Supervising Salesmen, dealing with
warranty claims. Also I supervised nationwide sales in sales office, where I dealt
with visitors, made sales over phone and internet and processed the orders of the
customers.

Planning Department:
I spent my last days of internship period in planning department to haveoverview
of how planning takes place in organization.

The main department of the organization where planning takes place is Import
Department. The work starts from warehouse where Inventory is counted and
listed in computer. Than quantities required according to demand of each product
is calculated. The demand is taken from sales data over past few months. After
this an order is drafted which also includes the new products and new models of
existing products that company wants to introduce in market.

Conclusion
This internship has brought me to a point where I can say that I have seen the real
business world. I started from scratch and now after these six weeks, I have
unlocked many doors of opportunities for me. I feel pleasure that I have really
gained a lot during 6 weeks & enjoyed working with experienced, cooperative &
intelligent staff.
Internship helped me to improve my confidence level and communication skills as
well. My internship taught me not to lose confidence in any problem because
every problem has solution. During my internship period, my supervisors were
very much cooperative and answered my queries very calmly and also gave me
manuals about organization. Besides their ever going activities, they never got
irritated by my questioning. Due to their help and cooperation, now I can
confidently say that I am fully aware of the functions and activities performed in
the accounts department of the Iqbal Impex.I joined Iqbal Impex on 25 june 2016
and I reported to CEO of Iqbal Impex MR, Khawar Iqbal, who introduced me to
the accounts manager accompanied him to the account office and in the way to
account office he advised me to have a successful internship period I should look
busy always in work environment whether I have been given work or not, I either
I should find a new task to do or find something in the firm to improve upon that I
would recommend to him at the end of my internship, and he introduced me to
the Accounts manager Mr. Tahir Mahmood with whom I spend the first 2 weeks,
during my stay.
Iqbal Impex facilitates new talent and young employees and providing
employment opportunities to the people of nearby areas. Besides fulfilling the
degree requirements, internship provide student possibilities for entering in the
world of employment, provide students with options to decide whether to pursue
their career in that field or not. This experience of internship provides students
with real problem work that may not be found in books.
