Manager Buying Operations and Merchandising


Streamline and standardize buying operation processes across Southeast Asia (SEA). Managed a team of 16
buying assistants.
 Purchase Order Management:
• Saved 450 man-hours per week for the buying team by automating and standardizing the purchase
order processes for the SEA region in collaboration with the Order Management (OM) development
team
• Halved the order processing lead time for major brands with weekly shipments to 2 working days by
streamlining the tasks for Order Creation and approval
 Vendor Management:
• Streamlined Vendor Onboarding by mapping the vendor onboarding steps for the buying team
