 BFD Session
It has been decided that BFD sessions will be soon all deactivated. One of the reasons behind is, we have other alarms
indicating the same problem (a connection between WBTS and RNC is interrupted).

At the moment, there is a mix between RNCs, which have the BFD session still activated and RNCs, where it already was
deactivated.

What it means is, the BFD Session after rehoming might show BFD session down. If that is the case, please follow this:

• Check if the BFD session for the WBTS is in an active or disabled state on the RNC (BFD Session ID = WBTS ID)
• If it‘s in fact is disabled – deactivate it on the WBTS as well (alarm disappears -> the cells however are still on air)
• If the BFD session is in an active mode on the RNC, the BFD session on the WBTS has to also be set as „in use“.
