Note: Teachers, during the locker clean out time, please be in the hallway supervising the students. They
often need encouragement to get everything taken out of and off of their lockers. Also, please remind
them NOT to throw away textbooks and library books…these often find their way into the trash. Please
make a note of the locker number (and student name if known) for those lockers that are NOT cleaned-
out or have serious graffiti or damage so that Jim and I can follow up with those students/families, and
that Tim can target lockers for repair.

Note: Tim Spiers will distribute additional trash bags to each classroom and will space trash cans and the
mobile trash bins throughout the hallways.

Note: Chromebook Collection Reminder; There will be ample opportunities during all 3 exam days for
9th, 10th, and 11th grade students to turn in their Chromebooks to Mr. Crewes in Room 114. He has a
check off list and will account for receipt and condition of Chromebook, case, cover, charging brick, and
cord. Mr. Crewes conference period is 2nd Period so on all 3 exam days he will be available during the 2nd
period times AND the lunch periods. Mr. Crewes will also have a substitute on Friday, June 8th and will
be available in the Library for Chromebook turn-in. Students and teachers that know that there will be
no more need for Chromebook usage should begin allowing students to report to Mr. Crewes room
beginning on June 6th to turn in the Chromebooks.

Please remind students of the following:

1) Students should remove all self applied stickers from their Chromebooks.
2) Students should “unlock” their Chromebooks and delete any passcodes.
3) Students should have Chromebooks “fully charged” before turning them in.
4) Upon turn in, Mr. Crewes will require students to plug in their Chromebooks to demonstrate that
they are charged and that the cord and Chromebook are fully functional.
5) Students that do not turn in their Chromebook with ALL accessories will be charged accordingly
and may not receive a new one-to-one device as planned in September.
