Audience or Public Everyone M Because we will be in the public, Everyone
Safety there is obviously going to be
pedestrians as well who may
watch us – we will stop filming
when pedestrians get close to
protect they’re identify, and stop
them from reacting negatively

Theft of Equipment Everyone M Because we will be taking the Harry

equipment out the bags, and we
don’t want them in shot, we will
move the bags out of shot but
that means leaving them at a
distance from the crew, meaning
they could be stolen – always
have a member watching the
over the bags and equipment
and keeping them hidden away,
out of sight.
Vehicles Everyone L The driveway is right next to the Everyone
road so there is chance a car
could pull into the drive way – we
need to make sure we are well
out the way and far down the
driveway so we are visible

 It constitutes a proper and adequate risk assessment in respect of the programme

activity and that control measures identified are sufficient to control the risks.
 Adequate measures are in place to communicate the risk assessment findings and to
