    Internal Assessment

    Lesson-1 Variations in Psychological Attribute


    Topic: Psychological attributes required for a successful career.
    Objectives:
    1. To evaluate the attributes (psychological).
    2.Gather information about their interest area and related vocation they wish to take in future.
    Assessment Technique: Individual Activity.
    Task:
    Select 5 students who wish to take different vocation in future and gather information about the
    nature of work done by people in these vocations. What are the different types of psychological
    attributes required for successful career? Write a report.
    Date: 1st and 2nd March
    Date of submission: 5th March

    Guidelines:
     Students to gather information about 5 vocations (e.g. Doctor, Teacher, Scientist, Sports
    person, Engineer etc).
     Write a short report, about their nature of work and attributes related to their profession
    (Intelligence, Aptitude, Interest, Personality and Values)

    Evaluation criteria: Marks allotted 10 Marks


    Research and reference skills- 2.5 Marks
    Content organization:2.5 Marks
    Use of data: 2.5 Marks
    Conclusions drawn: 2.5 Marks
