Introduction:
Ticket eater is a automatic machine for counting and cutting redemption tickets;
There is dot matrix LED display to show the quantity of counted tickets;
it can also connect card reader system to work smoothly;
the slim body will save shipping cost and won’t take up much space in amusement center.

Installation Guide:
Please install this machine indoor and place it on the flat counter which has enough space
to contain counted tickets.Be far away from anything of excessive heat/humidity .Be sure
of the connection to “earth” is valid.Any repaired or maintained measures must be
operated by qualified and trained staff or under the guidance of our engineers. Thanks for
your cooperation!

Reprinting Function Setting on main board:(only for ticket eater with printer)

K1:set time and date

Restart the ticket eater and press the K1 for 5 seconds at the same time. (K1 to “+”,K2 to
“-”,K3 to “shift”), then set the correct date and time.

K2:reprinting

K3:check current account and total account

How to solve the problem?
A、when turn on machine,the screen display nothing,How to solve the problem?
1. please check power cord if connecting is good.
2. please check door switch if working well
3. please check the fuse beside of door switch if working well.
4. please check the power supply and transformer if working well.
5. if all are working well, please send back main board to examine and repair.

B、When turn on machine,the screen can display,but motor can not be working,How to
solve the problem?
1. Please clean the eye sensor in the front of entering ticket’s set.
2. Please check the fuse on the main board if fuse is fault
3. Please check eye sensor if it connects with main board well
4. Please change a new main board to test if it is main board’s problem

C 、 When turn on machine,screen and motor are in good situation,but do not count
ticket,How to solve the problem?
1. Please clean the eye sensor in the back of entering ticket’s set.
2. Please Check Eye Sensor If It Connects With Main board Well
3. please check the bulbe under the entering ticket’s set if it is good
4. please change a new main board to test if it is main board’s problem

D、Counting ticket is not exact,How to solve the problem?

1. Please clean the dust in the machine(special for the two eye’s sensors)
2. Please clean the eye sensor in the front of entering ticket’s set.
3. Please change a new bulbe
4. Please change new eye’s sensor

E、The motor goes on working all the time, don’t stop,How to solve the problem?
1. Please clean the eye sensor in the front of entering ticket’s set.
2.Moc 3022 or bta 08 is fault,please change new one
3. Please Change A New Main board To Test If It Is Main board’s problem

F. The screen can not be “0000”,How to solve the problem?

1.The reset button is fault,change new one; or wiring is not connecting well,tight the wire.
2.Please change a new main board.

G. Printer can not print receipt.How to solve the problem?

1. Please check the printer if it is connecting well(wire loose?)
2. Please printer’s power if it is normal
3. If printer is working well or fault
4. Please check the controlling board of printer if it is fault

H、Ticket channel is jam,How to solve the problem?

1. Turn off power,open upper cover,then take out of ticket metal piece,then clean out the
jammed things.
2. please don’t take part of the eye’ set or it will lead to count wrong or not count

I、Entering ticket position is jammed,How to solve the problem?
1. please check the entering ticket position if anything is locked
2. please clean the ticket position by electronic fan.
3. please check if the cutting knife is broken.

Daily Maintenance

1、Keep ticket eater cleaning,please use cleanser to clean the ticket entrance.

2 、 Please clean the cutter kit and e-eye in regular,in order to keep machine working
normally and counting exactly(Don't break up the e-eye to clean!)

3、When machine is working for a long time,there is much dust and wastepaper inner of
cabinet,then please clean them by brush in fixed time.
4、Keep the cutter kit dry,and avoid to oil lube or cleanser on it,or the cutter's use life will
be shortened .

5、Please don't fix electronic section except you are professional .
