 SUMMARY

During this practice we were make a preventive maintenance to a ventilator during this process we each
of the steps were identified to do a good job as technical professionals, notes, observations, tests and
results.

Also during the latter semester we will carry maintenance to different electronics appliances to identify
more efficiently each of the different types of electronic maintenance.

The first and important step in maintenance is to have each and every one of the tools; due to this will be
a slow and inefficient work.

Something is not the same but also important is to lift the order maintenance request, this data for
maintenance equipment, internal client, property, terms and conditions of maintenance (attached).

In our case the maintenance is for internal client as the appliance was of the school and was filled data
concretely, the appliance (Image 1)

We should prove if it really the appliance to review function, so we realize what kind of maintenance to
be make; we must also inform the customer about the operation of appliance.

The first step for internal review should begin was remove the chassis (see image 2), it is important to
put the screws in a safe place, once removed we proceed with a common passage between the revisions
is smell the plate this will help us identify if there are any component burned, should not continue with
the measurement of power outlets or sources, like the continuity wireless.

Also the internal review we find everything in order (note Figure 3), just as was the revision of the other
components without finding abnormalities on the plate (observe image 4).

Once the plate and chassis clean and correctly connected again, we proceeded to the test (on hot) and
effectively the ventilator normally on, so we proceeded to collocate the ventilator chassis (note Figure
5).

Finally we were make a more test for see that everything goes in order (image 6)

 RESULTS

To finally the process of maintaining a good technical professional degree must keep clean your
workstation, place the tools and equipment while maintaining the appropriate places an order noting the
good habits.

These practices support us to refresh our memory and likewise to prepare for a school or higher labor
environment providing us a good understanding of maintenance work that over time will bring
improvements both as domestic workers or self-employed.
