Introdução
A lei de Moore afirma que o número de transistores que podem ser colocados em
um circuito integrado dobra a cada 18 meses. Batizada em 1965 em homenagem a
seu criador, Gordon E. Moore, um dos fundadores da Intel, a lei é válida até hoje
graças à produção de dispositivos cada vez menores.
