UNIT I

1. (a) Discuss the role of quantity Surveying in construction industry. (10)

(b) Briefly explain the basic measurement rules in the construction of a

(b) State the steps to be followed in measurement of an agricultural land of

3. Discuss the unit of works and general rules followed while carrying out the

5. Estimate the quantity of materials for the following works
