Document Objective
The objective of this document is to provide step by step procedure on how to give user
access to BPCS.

Issue Description
User request for new BPCS account creation. Whenever user request to new BPCS
account. We need to create new BPCS account as per below procedure.

BPCS user Access Procedure

Step1: Login to Citrix by using this https://leo-remote.leo-pharma.com/vpn/index.html
URL.

Enter Leo user Id and password and press Enter.

Click on “Desktops” Tab and Next Click On “My LEO Desktop DK65” Desktop Icon to
Open Leo system.

Click on “iseries” icon on desktop to open BPCS/I series Server DKIS000.

Alternative method to open BPCS/I series Server DKIS000:

Click On “Applications” tab and Next click on “iseries” icon.

Step2: Login BPCS/I series Server DKIS000 by using Security admin credentials.

Enter Security Admin User ID and Password to login into DKIS000 server and Press enter.

Enter Security Admin User ID and Password again and Press enter.

Step3: Select option 5 -User Profile Menu in IBM Service Menu screen and press enter.

Select option 1 – Create user profile in User Profile Menu Screen and press enter.

Enter details as per the BPCS access request form and press enter.

User Id FGEDK now created, with password "Welcome". Change your password after
login successfully. User is assigned to Role "PLANNER_DK" as per User access form.
