7.2 WORK PROCEDURE

a. Drill holes along the expansion and contraction joints inside building concrete
slab SS-007 and PIOB-007. The depth of the holes shall be at least 250mm,
the distance between holes will be range from 500mm to 1,000mm apart.
b. Inside each drilled hole, approximately 2.5 liters of diluted termiticide chemical
shall be injected.
c. Termite control will be apply along the expansion joints to penetrate into the
soil, for controlling termites there should be maximum chances of termiticide
chemical penetrating the soil. Termitecide forms the barrier and increases the
protection to break the chemical barrier of termite penetration.
d. Termiticide is injected into each drilled hole, using a high pressure
plunger/injection to penetrate down towards inner section of the drilled concrete
premise.
e. The chemical poured into the hole shall slowly gaze down into the soil in zigzag
manner.
f. Upon completion of the application, drilled holes shall be filled with approved
sealant (NITOSEAL 125) to keep the injected toxicants undisturbed.
g. After termite treatment completion, waste materials shall be cleared from the
surrounding of the hole.
